Payment Info

Your invoice must be paid within 1 HOUR of carting an item. During sales and other promos we turn cart time off meaning nothing is held in your cart and the first customer to pay for an item will have a processed order. 

Unlike other shopping platforms and websites, when you cart an item with us we hold it as a courtesy for one hour not allowing other customers to claim the item. As such, we kindly ask you to only cart items you intend to purchase. If you accidentally cart something, not problem but please promptly remove it. Please do not cart an item and not pay the invoice. Continual cart abandonment/expiration will result in a block from shopping with us. 

Is something you love out of stock? NO WORRIES, you can waitlist it!! You can track your waitlisted items by tapping the HEART button at the bottom center of the app home screen. PLEASE ensure to remove any items on your waitlist that you will not be purchasing it it comes back in stock. 

Preauthorizing a waitlist item? YOU ARE FIRST IN LINE!! The preauthorized waitlist customers will always get first dibs on restocks. You are NOT charged until if/when an item is restocked. Preauthorized waitlists will automatically process when restocks are entered into inventory. Please make sure to keep track of your preauthorized waitlist and only keep the items you are interested in. We do not cancel preauthorized orders after they have gone through.
