We want you to absolutely LOVE your purchase from The Brave Company. 

That being said, we do accept returns as long as they meet the following criteria: 

- All items must be returned (postmarked) within 14 days of receiving the order. 

- Items must be in new and unworn condition with tags still attached, we will do an inspection on arrival to ensure that items have not been worn. Whether or not the item is deemed returnable is under the discretion of TBC manager. 

-  Customers will be refunded in Shop credit and be required to pay shipping back to TBC. We will now process all returns once a week so please allow 7 business days for your return to be processed. You will be issued credit on the platform (website or app) that the order was placed. 

- All accessories and items discounted at 30% or more are FINAL SALE. If a final sale item is shipped back to TBC, we are not responsible for shipping back to the customer or processing the return. This includes any item with a 30% discount or higher.


RETURN FAQ'S

How do I know if my return fits into the return window?

~~You can always check the tracking to see the date the order was delivered. 

How many times can I return?

~~We are starting to track customer return rates and anything under 15% is deemed acceptable. If a customer's return rate exceeds 15%, they could be subject to a restocking fee. 

How will I know that my return has been processed?

~~You will receive an email once your return has been processed notifying you of the store credit. (Website credit is in the form of a gift card)

Has my return been delivered to you?

~~Please check the tracking that you were given when you mailed the return back to us. We process returns ONCE A WEEK so please allow 7 business days from the day the return is  delivered.
